Job summary

Parachute Health is seeking a software engineer to design and build agentic LLM pipelines powering AI features across our product. You will ship full‑stack features using Python and TypeScript/React, iterate on prompts, and help elevate observability and evaluation frameworks for reliable production systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience in startup/incubator/fast-paced 0-to-1 environments.
• Strong full-stack web application experience in Python.
• Shipped agentic LLM workflows to production with orchestration tools.
• Experience evaluating LLM workflows, observability, and evals.
• Familiar with prompt engineering and prompt iteration lifecycle.
• Proficient with AI-powered coding tools to move quickly.
• Must reside in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic LLM pipelines powering AI features across the product.
• Build full-stack product features: Python/FastAPI and TypeScript/React web tooling.
• Prompt-engineer and iterate on prompts and models; evaluate improvements.
• Strengthen evaluation framework: datasets, evals, experiments, regressions.
• Improve production observability: accuracy signals and feedback loops.
• Contribute to architecture and technical direction.
• Partner with other product teams to enable AI use cases.
• Advise on when to apply AI/LLM and drive ROI.
