Job summary

Mastery Logistics Systems seeks a Staff-level security and identity architect to lead IAM orchestration for our cloud-native TMS platform. You balance high‑level architecture with hands‑on implementation across Kubernetes, Azure, and microservices, delivering scalable security.

You will mentor engineers, drive secure coding practices, and engage clients in security discussions, ensuring robust identity protocols (OIDC/OAuth2/SAML) are implemented effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development or security architecture for distributed systems.
• Expert-level experience with Keycloak is ideal; Okta is acceptable.
• Understanding of IAM protocols including OIDC, OAuth2, and SAML.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Terraform.
• Experience with SQL/RDBMS and event-driven architectures; mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Identity Orchestration: design/implement IAM strategy using Keycloak across the platform.
• Security Automation: automate policies and orchestrate identity flows for zero-trust.
• Full-Stack Collaboration: align security with business goals without slowing development.

• Event-Driven Security: secure data streaming with ACLs and encryption.
• Mentorship: train engineers in secure coding, token management, identity protocols.
