Job summary

Xsolla seeks a Staff Software Engineer to own and scale the Identity & Access Management layer across its global ecosystem. You’ll design and operate the authentication/authorization fabric, handling token lifecycles, federation, and fine-grained access control in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.

You will lead security-focused engineering in Golang, leveraging Kubernetes on AWS/GCP, and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable, scalable services with a security-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in backend or systems engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to IAM
• Expert-level proficiency in Go with high-performance, concurrent distributed systems
• Cloud-native experience deploying services within Kubernetes environments (AWS or GCP)
• Deep architectural understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and SCIM
• Strong security-first mindset, encryption standards, and secure coding principles
