Job summary

Xsolla Inc. is seeking a senior IAM leader to architect and secure identity systems at scale. You will own the OAuth 2.0/OIDC strategy and guide a backend team of up to eight engineers, delivering mission-critical IAM initiatives across our B2C products.

The role emphasizes hands-on security, scalable design, and mentorship in a remote-first, flexible work environment with opportunities for leadership coaching and career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of backend teams (up to 8 engineers).
• Deep experience with OAuth 2.0 / OIDC and web security.
