Nourish is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to join our fast-growing team. You will help shape the core platform, working closely with product, design, analytics, and medical teams to deliver scalable, high-performance backend features.

In this role you’ll own significant parts of the codebase, drive timelines, and collaborate across pods to enable insurance-covered care across the US. Remote-friendly with NYC hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Backend focused Software Engineer, preferably building high-performance internal platforms.
• 3+ years utilizing Typescript, Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, AWS.
• Ability to design and ship backend features independently and with a team.
• Willingness to contribute to product and design decisions in a startup environment.
