Job summary

Pear Suite, a mission-driven digital health company, is hiring an experienced full-stack engineer to shape architecture and technical direction of our platform. The role spans Senior Software Engineer and Staff Software Engineer levels; we’ll assign level and compensation after interview.

You’ll design scalable frontend (React/TypeScript), backend (GraphQL), and cloud infrastructure (GCP), lead initiatives, set standards, and mentor teammates. This is a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience including full-stack work.
• Proven experience with React, GraphQL, and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable software across frontend, backend, and cloud.
• Lead technical initiatives from proposal through delivery.
• Set and uphold quality, performance, and maintainability standards.
• Document decisions clearly for engineers and stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with Product and Leadership.
