For our client, we are seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Frontend to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape the front-end technical direction for a cloud-based healthcare organization, with a strong focus on scalable web applications and long-term architecture. You will partner closely with engineering teams to establish standards, reduce technical debt, and improve the reliability and efficiency of delivery workflows. The position also offers the opportunity to influence roadmap planning for pharmacy and fulfillment operations while mentoring engineers and driving best practices across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $138,000 – $165,000 annually
