Ladders is seeking a Software Engineer II, Frontend (Marketing and Privacy) to build user-facing web experiences supporting marketing and privacy initiatives. You’ll partner with product, design, and analytics to deliver scalable, measurable front-end solutions and contribute to team processes and reliability.

Remote role for US-based candidates only, compensation starting at $133,000+ annually. You will collaborate across teams, help improve performance, and participate in interviews and growth

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience shipping web applications using React or Vue.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Ability to translate simple problems into multi-component solutions.
• Comfortable navigating large codebases and debugging others' code.
• Demonstrated ownership and proactive feedback seeking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Software Engineer II, Frontend (Marketing and Privacy) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on building and improving customer-facing web experiences that support marketing and privacy initiatives. You will partner closely with product management, design, and analytics to deliver polished front-end solutions that are scalable, measurable, and aligned with business goals. The position also involves contributing to team processes, operational reliability, and a collaborative engineering culture.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $133,000+ annually
