Job summary

Intuit is seeking a senior engineer to own the technical vision for a major capability area across agent-driven settlement, edge AI, and verifiable trust. You will architect for scalability, guide cross-functional teams, and shape how Intuit's fintech protocols evolve as standards converge.

You will partner with domain and compliance stakeholders to translate proofs of concept into real products and influence industry discussions around emerging frontier technologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing software for large-scale business environments, with 5+ years designing complex distributed systems.
• Ownership of a complex technical domain end-to-end with a track record of setting direction.
• Ability to resolve deep technical and organizational ambiguity in emerging problem spaces.
• Fluency in agent-driven development and designing for observability.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with domain and compliance stakeholders.
• Experience in frontier fintech infrastructure areas: payments/settlement, edge AI, or identity/trust systems.
• Fluency with Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript; capable of guiding polyglot teams.

Responsibilities
