Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing software for large-scale business environments; 5+ years designing complex distributed systems.
• Ownership of a complex technical domain end-to-end with a track record of setting direction.
• Ability to resolve deep technical and organizational ambiguity in undefined problem spaces.
• Proven fluency in agent-driven development: observability and autonomous code navigation.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with domain/compliance stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in frontier fintech infra: payments/settlement, edge AI, or identity/trust systems.
• Fluency in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript with React/Node to guide polyglot teams and review code.
• Experience with Kubernetes-based runtimes (AWS EKS) for cloud-native deployments.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
