Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of software development experience with 7 years in large-scale distributed systems, infra (compute/storage), and production using Kubernetes.
• 8 years building distributed high-throughput, latency-sensitive systems.
• 5 years building large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or compute/storage/hardware.
• 5 years testing and launching software products.
• 3 years in software design and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Scale distributed changelogs, ensure data integrity, and build fault-tolerant replication with 0 data loss across massive state.
• Collaborate with dependent services to deprecate legacy architectures and manage traffic spikes.
• Define the multi-year storage infrastructure roadmap and pioneer next-generation architectures.
• Mentor engineers, guide design reviews, and establish engineering standards.
