Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of software development experience, with 7 years specializing in large-scale distributed systems, infrastructure (compute/storage), and production environments using Kubernetes.
• 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on building distributed high throughput and latency sensitive systems.
• 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
• 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Interleaving and Placement for scale, data integrity, and fault-tolerant replication.
• Deprecate legacy architectures and manage quotas for storage systems.
• Define multi-year technical roadmaps for storage infrastructure and scale.
• Mentor and set standards for distributed systems excellence.
