Qualifications

• Staff-level engineering experience with impact.
• Full-stack, infra-leaning skills, strong backend and systems expertise.
• Experience moving a team’s development workflow into the cloud (VMs, remote environments, preview branches, sandboxes).
• Track record shipping developer tooling or platform infrastructure that measurably improved velocity.
• Hands-on experience building agentic or AI-powered engineering workflows with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Define cloud development platform architecture and scale it for the engineering org.
• Lead the software factory initiative and accelerate development, testing, and cloud deployment.
• Own build systems, CI/CD, developer environments, and internal tooling to reduce build/CI time and deployment risk.
• Provide technical leadership, set direction, and mentor senior engineers through design reviews and pairing.
