Reddit is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to shape the developer platform across frontend, backend, SDKs, platform, and full‑stack systems, enabling external developers to build powerful apps on Reddit.

You will lead major technical initiatives, guide API design and platform engineering, mentor engineers, and work with product design and data teams to turn ambitious ideas into reliable products, all in a fully remote U.S. environment.

Qualificações

• Experience building platform functionality and developer tools.
• Experience with full-stack products and API design.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering practices across teams.
• Excellent communication, especially in remote collaboration.
