BeyondTrust, Inc. is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer to advance a cloud-native Workload credentials management solution within our BeyondTrust platform.

You will lead a fast-paced team, architecting, developing, and maintaining a cloud-based SaaS solution with modern orchestration technologies. You will design scalable components, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end delivery while ensuring high-quality software practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise-ready, cloud-based systems.
• 4+ years of professional Go in production environments.
• Proficiency with C# or other object-oriented languages.
• Track record of leading complex projects from design through release in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack platform components and services.
• Deliver an outstanding UX for web-based enterprise applications.
• Lead and contribute to system design with technical leadership on complex projects.
• Review requirements to identify gaps and propose simplifications, communicating across teams.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
• Take end-to-end ownership and raise the bar for results.
