Job summary

BeyondTrust is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and support cloud-native workload credential management within our BeyondTrust platform. You will lead a fast-paced team, shaping architecture, orchestration, and end-to-end delivery for a SaaS security solution.

You will collaborate across engineering and non-engineering stakeholders, mentor engineers, and apply best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and supporting enterprise cloud-based systems.
• 4+ years of Go in production; proficiency in OO languages a plus.
• Strong design-pattern knowledge and system architecture skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native components and services.
• Deliver a high-quality UX for complex enterprise web apps.
• Lead design discussions and provide technical direction.
• Review requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
