Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Staff Software Engineer in Asset Management within the Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (CORE) line of business. You will define, architect, and drive best practices, mentor teams, and shape scalable solutions across platforms and capabilities.

Lead technical direction while bridging engineering and product communities. You will advance operational excellence, sponsor knowledge sharing, and play a key role in Talent development across Capital One Tech, championing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
7+ years in software engineering and solution architecture.
7+ years in Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google).
Experience coding in Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift.
