Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 7+ years of experience including system design and regular code contributions.
• At least 1 year of experience using generative AI coding tools.
• 7+ years of experience in Backend technologies (Go, Java, Python, Database Design).
• 7+ years of experience in Web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, SPA).
• 7+ years of experience designing scalable microservices and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience with modern cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).

Responsibilities

• Architect software and systems powering loyalty rewards and capabilities.
• Ensure quality and engineering excellence across high-volume systems.
• Code extensively and contribute to codebases alongside engineers.
• Leverage AI coding tools to augment delivery.
• Collaborate with partners to scope and build features for customers.
