Job summary

Watershed is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our NYC team. You’ll work on turning Watershed’s data layer into an intelligence platform, building BI-grade queries, API services, and scalable data pipelines to empower financial institutions and other customers.

You will ship production code from day one and collaborate with product, design, climate science, and data science teams to continuously improve software that helps customers understand their climate data.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in scalable systems.
• Experience collaborating with product, design, climate science, and data science teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
