• The Sensor Platform is Dragos's high-performance Linux-based network sensor capturing OT/ICS traffic in real time.
• As Staff Software Engineer, you'll lead platform initiatives from design to production and set the technical bar.

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-throughput ingestion improvements and pipeline scalability with product and infrastructure peers.
• Drive root cause analysis and postmortems for production issues involving the capture pipeline and broker.
• Champion standards for documentation, observability, and performance benchmarks across the sensor codebase.

Qualifications:
