Job summary

Cardinal Health recruits a Software Engineer for Commercial Technologies to enhance backend and frontend capabilities and to drive engineering initiatives across the portfolio. You will collaborate with product managers and architects to refine requirements and shape architecture.

Ideally you bring strong .NET and Java skills, familiarity with Kafka or Camunda, and a track record delivering scalable software while mentoring teammates and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Expertise in .NET and Java languages and associated tech stacks.
• Familiarity with Kafka and/or Camunda is preferred

Responsibilities

• Constantly demonstrates good process and practices
• Proactively drives forward the development team to deliver of business goals and technical deliverables
• Mentors junior members of the team
• Works closely with product management and software product and innovation architects to define and refine requirements and product architecture.
• Is responsible for driving design and approach through Enterprise ARB and Sonexus ARB
• Ensures compliance with necessary standards and regulations
• Builds software for reuse and scalability
