Cardinal Health is seeking a Software Engineer within Commercial Technologies Software Engineering to develop backend and frontend solutions that enhance regulatory compliance, performance, and business value. You will collaborate with product managers and architects to define requirements, drive architectural decisions, and deliver scalable software across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, mentoring, and adherence to enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Expertise in .Net and Java languages and associated tech stacks.
• Familiarity with Kafka and/or Camunda is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Constantly demonstrates good process and practices.
• Proactively drives forward the development team to deliver of business goals and technical deliverables.
• Mentors junior members of the team.
• Works closely with product management and software product and innovation architects to define and refine requirements and product architecture.
• Is responsible for driving design and approach through Enterprise ARB and Sonexus ARB.
• Ensures compliance with necessary standards and regulations.
• Builds software for reuse and scalability.
