Google LLC in Sunnyvale, CA seeks an experienced firmware engineer to develop C++ firmware for custom ASIC accelerators. You will handle low-level hardware initialization, security, virtualization, and tooling for updates and debugging.

You will collaborate with hardware and software teams to design interfaces and build accurate ASIC and embedded CPU simulators for verification, tapeout, and bring-up, contributing to cutting-edge silicon projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required; 8 years of software development experience.
• 5 years working with embedded operating systems and 3 years in software design and architecture.
• Experience in C, C++, and embedded systems; postgraduate degree and strong data structures/algorithms are preferred.
• Work on complex cross-functional projects is a plus.
