Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Search / AI to lead architecture and delivery of cloud-native microservices and AI capabilities. You will bridge hands-on engineering with technical leadership, shaping scalable data platforms and real-time processing across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering with full lifecycle
• 5+ years building enterprise cloud-native apps (GCP/Azure/AWS)
• 3+ years microservices architecture design and API-driven development
• 2+ years integrating AI/ML solutions (LLMs, RAG)
• 2+ years distributed systems at scale and observability
• Experience with ElasticSearch/OpenSearch/Solr/Lucene
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong production support skills
