Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience in production environments.
• Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs including OAuth, pagination, and error handling.
• Ability to integrate SaaS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, Slack, Google Workspace) and work with internal tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own PeopleOS as the architectural and hands-on engineer for an AI-native internal HR platform.
• Design and ship integrations with external systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Slack, Google Workspace).
• Develop AI-powered tooling and prompts for reliable HR workflows.
• Document specs, data mappings, and configurations; participate in Jira planning and demos.
• Ensure security and governance for HR data and compliance considerations.
