Nectar Social is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to build and scale our core product experiences and platform. You’ll work across the full stack from backend data ingestion to product interfaces that help brands understand, manage, and respond to social conversations using AI.

This role blends deep engineering with technical leadership; you will shape architectural decisions, raise the quality bar, and guide engineering practices as the team and platform scale.

Qualifications

• Production systems experience across backend, frontend, or full‑stack.
• Strong system design and scalable architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend systems that ingest and process large volumes of social data from multiple platforms.
• Develop AI-powered product experiences and improve frontend architecture for faster, higher‑quality development.
• Write architecture docs and guide infrastructure, tooling, and frontend decisions across the team.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture and best practices.
