We seek engineers who can independently own large systems and have strong experience with Python, Postgres, and modern frameworks. The role offers a competitive salary of $230,000 – $250,000 plus equity.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship full-stack products across the insurance lifecycle.
• Build AI-native underwriting systems that synthesize risk and assist decision-making.
• Create claims tooling that automates review and document processing workflows.
• Develop internal operational platforms for managing premiums and healthcare spend.
• Build member-facing products that combine conversational AI and real-time workflows.
• Own projects end-to-end, integrating AI workflows and deploying systems.
