Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with full‑stack experience at scale.
• Experience with AI/ML solutions or LLMs and modern frontend/backend tech.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, databases, secure coding, and responsive design.
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) focusing on performance.
• Leadership experience mentoring engineers and guiding architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of large‑scale frontend and backend components.
• Architect scalable, secure AI/ML powered features across Web, Mobile, API surfaces.
• Own end‑to‑end technical strategy for embedding LLMs and content delivery.
• Build agentic workflows using LLMs across APIs, tools, and data sources.
• Familiar with MLOps, CI/CD for AI pipelines and observability tools.
• Experience deploying MCP Servers and Model Context Protocol ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership across teams and establish best practices.
• Drive cross‑functional projects to improve reliability and performance.
• Ensure security and data privacy compliance.
• Mentor senior and mid‑level engineers and advocate growth.
• Communicate progress and align with stakeholders.
