GoodLeap in San Francisco is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design, develop, and scale our platform with ownership from backend services to frontend performance. You will drive AI strategy, shipping agents powered by LLMs while ensuring security and data privacy across the stack.

You will collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to deliver reliable, high‑quality software and systems in a fast‑paced environment, shaping a new revenue path with executive visibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building full‑stack apps at scale with AI/LLMs experience.
• Proficient in NodeJS, React and Typescript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, databases, and secure coding.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of large‑scale frontend and backend components.
• Architect scalable, secure AI/ML powered solutions across surfaces.
• Own technical strategy for embedding LLMs and content delivery.
• Mentor engineers and drive cross‑functional projects for reliability.
