Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area; WCAG accessibility knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable AI-driven applications, agentic AI solutions, and intelligent automation capabilities.
• Apply cloud-native architecture to build reliable, scalable applications and automated workflows.
• Lead software development activities, including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of production-grade solutions.
• Conduct solution design reviews to validate feasibility, reliability, and best practices.
• Develop agentic AI workflows, integrating LLMs, AI/ML models, APIs, orchestration frameworks, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
