You will assess legacy platforms, decide what to rebuild or replace, and balance architectural decisions with daily coding while collaborating with Product, Data Science, and Data Engineering to drive impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong hands-on coding in Python; frontend JS/TS experience.
• Deep architectural experience: multi-tenant backends and relational DB design.
• Experience with AI-assisted/agentic engineering tools and modern platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect systems and write production-grade code for EvolutionIQ’s AI-native products.
• Work with legacy systems: decide what to rebuild, replace, or keep.
• Build robust backend architectures balancing prototyping and long-lived systems.
