Responsibilities

• Drive the technical vision and strategy across the Resident Concierge subsegment and influence roadmaps.
• Lead design and implementation of distributed systems to scale with traffic and engagement.
• Coach engineers and foster a high-trust, autonomous culture with ownership.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and ML leaders to align AI capabilities with customer value.
• Own full lifecycle from discovery to development to production in an autonomous team.
• Research and apply new technologies to improve quality and delivery speed.
