Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience developing and scaling web-based applications in SaaS.
- Experience leading architectural discussions and guiding technical decisions.
- Proven ability to lead high-stakes projects from ambiguity to launch.
- Experience adopting AI tooling and prompting/validating AI output.
- Commitment to clean architecture and refactoring.
Responsibilities
- Define technical vision for the Resident Concierge segment and align with product roadmaps.
- Design and implement distributed systems to support 10x traffic growth.
- Coach engineers to foster a high-trust, autonomous culture.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and ML to bridge AI potential and customer value.
- Own full lifecycle from discovery to production.
- Research new technologies to improve quality and delivery speed.
- Apply TDD, code reviews, and CI to deliver high-quality software.
