Job summary

Pebl is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to join the Growth Engineering team. You will drive architecture and delivery of scalable, user-facing systems, shaping AI product experiences and standardizing AI tooling to maximize velocity and quality.

You will build across the full stack with React, TypeScript, Postgres, and AWS in a serverless environment, while mentoring peers and ensuring reliability and best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience building AI-first, user-facing features and using AI coding agents to accelerate SDLC.
• Strong full-stack depth in React/TypeScript and backend/distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, full-stack Growth domain systems.
• Design AI-first product experiences and turn LLM-powered features into reliable product surfaces.
• Champion an AI-first engineering culture and integrate AI tooling to accelerate velocity and code quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data teams to define the technical roadmap.
