• Proven fluency in agent-driven development and reliable autonomous code navigation.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with domain/compliance stakeholders.
• Expertise in fintech infrastructure areas: payments/settlement, edge AI, or identity/trust.
• Fluency in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript; capable of guiding polyglot teams.
