The role requires leadership in distributed systems, agent-driven development, and cloud-native runtimes, with a strong focus on payments, settlement, and trust infrastructures at Intuit.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development in large-scale business environments.
• 5+ years designing complex distributed systems.
• Ownership of a complex technical domain end-to-end.
• Experience with agent-driven development and observability.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with domain and compliance teams.
• Frontier fintech infrastructure experience: payments/settlement, edge AI or identity/trust.
• Fluent in Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript (React/Node) and Kubernetes runtimes.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision for a major capability area with scalable architecture.
• Lead technical design to position Intuit's work as industry input.
• Anticipate cross-system risk across dependencies in the portfolio.
• Act as connective tissue between engineering and compliance stakeholders.
• Champion strategic investment in frontier technology and guide team alignment.
