Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
- Strong record of shipping production software and deep implementation, debugging, and design skills.
- Experience leading complex work across multiple systems or groups.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate critical software across simulation, design automation, construction software, and energy management.
- Shape the technical roadmap with leadership and domain experts.
- Turn ambiguous needs into concrete technical proposals with clear scope and alternatives.
- Lead architectural decisions across connected systems and ensure data models stay consistent.
- Collaborate with power systems, construction, and robotics teams on shared requirements and interfaces.
- Improve testing, observability, release practices, and validation for reliability and faster delivery.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews and help with hiring and technical judgment.
