Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–8 years of backend engineering experience building AI agents in production (Python/TypeScript).
• Strong programming skills in Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Knowledge of database design and SQL.
• Backend engineering: database modeling and API design, owned end-to-end.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using various programming languages and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our products and processes.
• Participate in agile development processes, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Document technical specifications, requirements, and processes.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents/agentic product systems for end users.
