Job summary

Illumination Works LLC is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer for a full-time remote role to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agentic architectures across business processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate needs into scalable AI-driven applications, present concepts to technical and executive audiences, and help advance our innovation agenda.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of data science experience in a corporate setting.
• 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML solution design and deployment.
• Python proficiency and LLM orchestration frameworks experience.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and agentic architectures.
• Evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for generative AI and autonomous agents.
