Job summary

Sapiom is building an end-to-end platform for agentic products. We seek engineers to help scale the control plane, routing, metering, and agent execution in production, with no fixed lanes and real surface area for impact.

You will work across backend, infra, and tooling, shipping production code, collaborating with world-class engineers, and tackling reliability, observability, and large-scale integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design routing and capacity strategies with real-time latency, cost, and quality targets.
• Ensure metering and billing correctness across two charging layers and 270M+ events.
• Improve reliability and observability for sustained scale with robust incident practice.
• Define credential-scoped permissions and security boundaries in the control plane.
• Develop sandboxed agent execution with memory, tools, and external integrations.
