Job summary

Harrison Clarke Ventures is seeking Senior to Staff Frontend Engineers to build 0-1 AI-native products, scale them to hundreds of thousands of users, and own the frontend from day one.

You will work with founders and product teams to shape architecture and create interfaces that simplify complex AI capabilities for end users.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Experience scaling frontend infrastructure for large user bases.
• You care about UI/UX and the quality of what you ship.
• Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
• Bonus: experience with LLM APIs, streaming interfaces, or real-time data pipelines.

Compensation: $350,000 base salary plus bonus

Harrison Clarke Ventures is currently partnered with multiple tier 1 VC-backed AI/ML startups across HealthTech, Fintech, Greentech and AI within the US. We're on the hunt for Senior to Staff Frontend Engineers who know how to build 0-1 customer-facing AI-native products and have seen those products scale to Hundreds of thousands of users

What you'll be doing

You’ll be embedded with a high-growth AI startup, owning the frontend from the ground up. That means shaping product architecture decisions early, working closely with founders and product teams, and building interfaces that make complex AI capabilities feel simple and intuitive to end users.

What we're looking for.

• 6+ years of front end engineering experience, with at least one 0-1 product build under your belt.
• Deep proficiency in React and modern TypeScript
• Experience scaling frontend infrastructure to support large, concurrent user bases
• A strong eye for UI/UX you care about what you ship, not just that it ships
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities shift
• Bonus: experience integrating LLM APIs, streaming interfaces, or real-time data pipelines
