Ladders is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead architecture, development, and delivery of healthcare technology solutions. This hands-on leadership role partners with business and clinical stakeholders to align technical direction with real-world workflows and integration needs.

The candidate will set engineering standards, strengthen secure delivery practices, and drive AI-assisted development across the team, while mentoring engineers and guiding cloud-based microservices at scale.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
• 10 years of object-oriented software development experience, including C#, .NET Core, and React.js.
• 4 years of supervisory experience, including mentoring team members.
• Extensive Azure cloud experience with API Apps, Logic Apps, Functions, REST services, and Cosmos DB.
• Experience designing and delivering microservices at scale.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps with integrated security practices.
• Automated testing experience, especially with AI-assisted tooling and coding.

For our client, we are seeking a Engineering Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an engineering leader who can guide architecture, development, and delivery of healthcare technology solutions. The role will partner closely with business and clinical stakeholders to align technical direction with real operational workflows and integration needs. You will help set engineering standards, strengthen secure delivery practices, and drive the adoption of AI-assisted development across the team.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $132,181 – $174,478 annually
