Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) from an accredited university and 12 years of related experience, or a Master’s with 10 years, or a PhD with 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Plan and evolve software development processes to achieve program goals.
• Lead the design and integration of complex software components across subsystems.
• Develop and validate software baselines for each project phase.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure system-wide compatibility and performance.
• Travel up to 10% to support business needs.
