Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required due to the nature of customers.
• 5+ years in Site Reliability/Production/Systems Engineering operating high-scale platforms.
• Proven ability to write and debug Python, Go, or Bash code; hands-on Ansible experience.
• Deep knowledge of Linux internals and networking; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high availability across large-scale bare-metal Linux/BSD fleets and Kubernetes clusters.
• Lead full-cycle incident response with cross-stack troubleshooting using OS and network tools.
• Automate infrastructure lifecycle management and deployments with Ansible, Python, and Go.
• Own end-to-end telemetry; define SLOs and reduce alert noise.
• Perform architectural reviews, OS/kernel upgrades, capacity tuning and CI/CD validation.
