Veza, now part of ServiceNow, is building a next-generation identity security platform. We seek a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to lead infrastructure initiatives across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will architect scalable solutions, drive automation, and collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure reliability and security at scale. This role demands leadership, deep expertise in cloud-native ecosystems, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required or may require federal security clearance.
• BS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-team infrastructure projects from conception to production.
• Hands-on with compliance frameworks (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide reliability and infrastructure projects across multiple teams with high autonomy.
• Architect and deploy scalable solutions for Cloud Prem and SaaS customers.
• Drive technical innovation and establish SRE best practices.
• Respond to incidents and perform root cause analyses with long-term resolutions.
• Provide customer-facing technical leadership and guidance.
