This role will have demonstrated software development skills, and experience in a cloud environment with both Linux and Windows system expertise. This role will have experience in designing and implementing systems at scale in a highly available global cloud platform and collaborating with globally distributed teams/stakeholders.Job Responsibilities:* Design and engineer infrastructure environment & platform to solve current challenges, as well as creating future opportunities* Lead initiatives to improve the platform from inception to design to implementation and optimization, working with many teams and team members.* Establish working relationships with business members, technical staff, and subject matter experts to help create and execute the infrastructure roadmap* Correspond with TECH/IT executives and stake holders to maintain and execute the infrastructure roadmap* Provide forward thinking on technology and innovative solutions with a strong emphasis on automating our infrastructure and technology solutions* Evolve PaaS implementations, working with vendor solutions and cloud services* Participate in monitoring, troubleshooting and RCA for security and infrastructure events* Accountable for accomplishing tasks both independently and collaboratively; provide high quality work in a deadline driven environment* Provide leadership, assistance and technical guidance to the SRE Team* Facilitate and manage discussions with TECH/ IT Executives, Architects and Senior Engineers* Collaborate with security team on architecture design and tools* Provide governance of our Infrastructure as a service environment; stay current on overall TECH/IT strategy, business goals, technology trends, updates, and releases* Responsible for complying with the security requirements set forth by the Information Security team and the established ISO 27001 Security Roles, Responsibilities, and Authorities Document found in the ISMS Document Library* Indirect Supervisory role as a leader on the team. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
