We are seeking a highly technical and exceptionally pragmatic staff/senior technical program manager (TPM) to join our team. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in dynamic environments, transforming complexity into structured, high-performing systems. You will be instrumental in driving critical technical initiatives and feature launches, making data-driven decisions, and enhancing team collaboration and program management workflows. This role requires a unique blend of hands-on engineering acumen, strategic program leadership, and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence, directly contributing to a significant, multiplicative impact on our engineering teams, effectively enabling a "10x" improvement in their capabilities and output. If you are a technical leader who loves bringing order to chaos, possesses an acute attention to detail, and is driven by pragmatic, AI-powered solutions, we’d love to meet you.
