Job summary

Databricks seeks a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to own a company-wide portfolio of security programs spanning Trust & Safety, IAM, Platform Security, Security Operations, Product Security, and IT. This executive-facing role partners with C-suite, VPs of Engineering and Product, Security executives, and senior architects to translate risk into roadmaps with measurable outcomes.

The position is located on-site in Bellevue, WA; Seattle, WA; San Francisco, CA; or Mountain View, CA, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, engineering program management, security program management, or an equivalent technical leadership role.
• Ability to work onsite three days per week in Bellevue, Seattle, San Francisco, or Mountain View.

Responsibilities

• Architect and drive execution of strategic security initiatives across Trust & Safety Engineering, Identity and Access Management, Security, and IT.
• Establish company-wide processes to identify, track, and resolve high-risk security issues while influencing architecture and infrastructure decisions.
• Mentor TPMs and strengthen standards for technical rigor, operational execution, and program management.
