Job summary

Suno is seeking a Staff or Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to build the program foundation for Suno's Security organization. You will own cross-functional structures turning security priorities into executable programs, starting with Vulnerability Management and Security by Design, and partner with Engineering, Research, and Legal as the team grows.

You’ll help establish operational structures that IT can own, and mentor a growing team to scale this function while ensuring Suno’s models

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management in security, infrastructure, or platform programs.
• Proven ability to build programs from scratch (e.g., vulnerability management) that are durable and repeatable.
• Technical depth to discuss vulnerabilities with engineers and influence cross-team outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive Vulnerability Management end-to-end, including intake, prioritization, remediation tracking, and closure with Engineering.
• Stand up Security by Design as a repeatable program with processes, checklists, launch gates, and accountability.
• Own Security's roadmap and planning artifacts, turning risk priorities into tracked plans with owners and milestones.
• Track incident response follow-ups and post-incident actions until resolved.
• Build audit-readiness tracking mapping requirements to owners and evidence.
• Serve as the connective tissue between Security, Engineering, Research, and Legal.
• Partner with IT to set up processes, tooling, and operating cadences owned by IT.
• Help make security part of how Suno builds every new model and feature.
