Job summary

Suno is seeking a Senior Lead of Physical Security to build and operate a comprehensive security program for offices, events, and personnel. You will work with People, Workplace, Legal, and Security Engineering, reporting to the CISO.

The role is hands-on and requires leadership of a growing team, with focus on protection of executives, employees, and visiting artists while Suno scales.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in corporate physical security, with 4+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on experience with executive protection, guard force, vendor management, and investigations.
• Proven ability to support senior executives with discretion and tact.
• Experience in incident response and crisis management; liaising with law enforcement.
• Clear written and verbal communication; calm leadership under pressure.
• Strategic thinker who can do tactical work hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Build and run Suno’s physical security program with policies, standards, site plans, and metrics.
• Lead executive protection, travel safety, and event security for leadership and guests.
• Oversee access control, visitor management, monitoring, and guard vendors, including budgets and SLAs.
• Run emergency response, business continuity, and crisis management planning.
• Lead the physical security team; manage contingent workforce; partner with cross-functional teams to embed safety.
• Protect Suno personnel and creators by building secure, scalable processes.
